The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and sells America’s Mortgage Lender products to meet established loan quality and production goals. Use your interpersonal and communication skills to generate referrals for businesses, has relationships with individuals, existing client, past clients and Real Estate Professionals

We are a direct lender and originate, process and underwrite, close and fund all loans in-house. America’s Mortgage Lender is currently licensed in NJ, PA, MD, FL, CT, DE & CA and we are growing! Operations Staff

Branch Manager

Our Branch Managers make up part of the leadership team here at America’s Mortgage Lender. Their role is to supervise and manage the mortgage loan originators with the sales manager and also to make sure that operational and administrative activities for the branch are executed, as well as to ensure that production goals are met.

The Branch Manager is also responsible for the administration and daily operation of the branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the company’s objectives. The branch manager serves as a leader to his or her team of associates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directs and manages all aspects of branch operations.
  • Oversees the entire branch’s operations including and not limited to hiring and training new associates.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of loan originators within the sales team.
  • Provide leadership and training to staff.
  • Together with the sales manager, establish branch product and performance goals, motivate and manage staff in meeting branch goals.
  • Monitor Branch closed volume and active pipeline.
  • Responsible for communication and implementation of company policies and procedure.
