Liam..... he is the glue. He kept all pieces together for the mortgage and for ME (that took a lot of patience). I think I spoke to Liam almost everyday at one point ( at least it felt like it) he made sure I had everything literally that I needed. The daily phone calls at times were due to me asking questions he probably answered already. Lol. Crystal, she shows up to me (because she works behind behind the scenes) regarding the IRS. Lord knows how challenging it can be to attain anything in real time from them..but Crystal showed up with a document in one day that normally would have took weeks, that 100% was one of the main reasons why I was Clear to Close on time. I could not believe it. The IRS is no joke to work with and anytime I called I was on hold minimum 45 minutes so her due diligence to help me was soooooo much appreciated. Thank you for that. Andddd she came through with getting me a great home owners insurance. THE underwriter Darren... working it out all the way behind the scene.
